Who we are

The National Planning Conference (‘NPC’) is managed by PortalPlanQuest Limited (PPQ) a subsidiary of TerraQuest Solutions Limited. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 09400439 and have our registered office at Quayside Tower, 252-260 Broad Street, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B1 2HF. Our main trading address is Suite 4C Spectrum House, Bond Street, Bristol, BS1 3LG. Our VAT number is GB207403052.
We are a limited company.

Delegate Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our general website Terms and conditions and by registering for the NPC you accept our terms. If you do not accept the terms, please do not register.
The following additional terms also apply alongside our general terms for use of our digital services and website.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellation requests received 2 or less months before the NPC date: No refund of the ticket price will be given. 
  • Cancellation request received more than 2 months before the NPC date: 20% of the ticket price paid will be refunded. 
  • Substitute delegates will be accepted at the discretion of PPQ. 

Photography, Recording & Video Taping

During the course of the NPC certain parts of the event may be photographed and/or recorded. When registering for the show you are also giving permission to be photographed and/or recorded. These photographs and/or recordings will be used for public display and/or sale after the event.

Drinking

PPQ accepts no responsibility for the actions of others while under the influence of alcohol served at the conference, including the receptions and gala dinner. It is also acknowledged by attendees that it is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.

Health & safety / Law

As an attendee at the NPC you have a duty to maintain health and safety standards for your own and others benefit.
Failure to comply with any laws, health & safety and/or restrictions imposed by the event venue(s) and/or PPQ, may result in immediate removal from the premises without any refund or compensation.

Data Protection

PPQ is committed to protecting your privacy, and our Privacy Notice sets out what information we collect, how we collect it, what we do with it and how we protect this information. Any personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UK and EU data protection laws.
