Building Control Communications is part of Zinc Communicate Productions Ltd, the media production company. It has been producing free guides and offering integral free marketing support to local authority building control teams throughout England and Wales for over 30 years. Currently over 60 services use the guides, that are available exclusively for use by local authorities.
The series of five free e-book guides, aimed at homeowners, cover common home improvement projects and are designed for homeowner self-service. The marketing we provide helps Building Control services compete against AI and raises awareness of the building control service by promoting it through various forms of social media activity. In addition to the five Building Control guides, we are now working closely with the Planning Portal to create their first Planning Advice Guide which will perfectly compliment the already successful building control Guidance we produce.
